TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Baby-Groove and you should read them carefully.  These terms apply to your order.  We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

We accept all major credit card payments via PayPal. By accepting credit card payments through the PayPal system we ensure that your information is always 100% safe and secure. PayPal’s extremely high level of encryption and secure technology is one the very best and most respected services available on the internet, which is why it is currently being used by over 100 million customers worldwide. If you don't have a PayPal account when you checkout your shopping cart, you can still pay by credit card. You can pay safely and securely via your preferred credit card regardless of where you are in the world, and regardless of what currency your credit card account normally uses. If you do happen to have a PayPal account (most people do these days), you will be invited to pay direct through your PayPal log-in account.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

When you purchase a product from us using the ‘Buy It Now’ medium a contract is formed.  You can cancel this contract at any time within 7 working days of delivery.  You do not have give a reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If the goods have been despatched you must return them to us at your own expense, your refund will be exclusive of postage costs.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us we will charge you for the reduction in value.  Goods that have been used are ineligible.
In the unlikely event that the goods ordered are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this.  You will receive a full refund.

THE CANCELLATION PERIOD DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS SOLD BY AUCTION.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are set out in each item description.  There are 2 delivery methods-Royal Mail or Courier.  Goods should be delivered in 1-3 days but we would ask you allow 5 working days for certain goods to be delivered.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accurate.  Inaccuracy causes delays and incorrect addresses may  incur you extra charges if the parcel has to be re-directed.
A reduction in P+P is offered for multiple purchases.  This varies from item to item.  When making multiple purchases please request a total and the P+P will be adjusted.  In order for a P+P discount to be applied you must await a total before making a payment.  If checkout is completed or payment made no discount can be applied afterwards.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In the event that an item is received damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Failure to contact us within the timescale may hinder a claim of damage in transit.

FAULTY GOODS

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

REFUNDS
 
Full refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.  The item must be returned in it's original condition and it's original packaging.  If the returned item does not meet these criteria then no refund will be given.  Customer's must cover any expenses e.g postage, when returning unwanted items.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All new items are covered by 6 months warranty from date of purchase.  We will refund or replace any product that displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase.  If a replacement item is not available we will offer an equivalent item or refund you the item price in full after the item has been collected and inspected.  If the item displays a manufacturing fault outside of the 28 day period but within the warranty we will replace the item only.  If the item needs to be collected the customer will incur a carriage charge the same as the initial delivery charge.  On receipt of the confirmation of a manufacturing fault within the warranty period this charge will be reimbursed to the customer.
The warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear through use or faults caused by misuse or accidental damage.  No claims will be accepted where the item has been modified or repaired bt the customer or where the manufacturers instructions have not been followed correctly.
